Paralysis can affect a single muscle or group or affect the large area of the body, all of which depends on its cause.

When one limb of the body is affected, it is called Monoplegia, when one side and one leg on one side of the body is affected then that condition is called Hemiplegia. When the limbs of the lower parts of the body are affected, it is called paraplegia and it is called Tetraplegia or Quadriplegia after affecting the four sides and legs.   2. Many times, before any organ gets paralyzed, it may indicate a numb or tingling sign.
  3. Due to paralysis, the control of the muscles of the affected parts of the body ends.
  4. Paralysis can affect the organs on one side of the body or on either side, apart from it, it can affect the upper part of the body or only make the legs paralyzed. Sometimes paralysis affects the whole body except the eyes. Usually symptoms are observed during paralysis.

Keep Changing :

Do not allow a person to stay on the bed for two or three hours in a single position, because it can have bones or bed sores on the skin in contact with the bed. If they are lying on the back, then they should change their state within a few hours every day. Air beds can be used to protect the wounds of the bed. Due to constant pressure in parts of the body such as buttocks, pressure on blood vessels causes boils or ulcers. If any person has boils due to pressure, then wash them with sauval with at least 2 or 3 pieces of cotton a day.

Do Not Forget Exercise :

If the paralysis is on either side of the body or in a particular organ, make sure that you do not ignore it during exercise. Do not forget to use them in exercise to maintain the affected muscles in normal size. Because, according to an ordinary human tendency, they ignore those muscles that are working properly and those who do not work properly. The muscle can not be stopped by using muscle. Regular exercise helps in keeping the muscles stimulated.

Avoid Accidents :

It is very important to take special care of yourself to avoid falling or other accidents. After losing control of physical activity, its risk increases further for a person. For this, risk can be reduced by installing stairs, bathrooms and patient bars in the patient's room. Due to falling or accident, the patient's recovery may be slow or fracture may also occur. Using a stick or walker as a support is also considered the best way to fall or reduce other accidents. When the patient is allowed to move freely and perform other activities.

Talking and Listening Patient :

After the paralysis has been affected on the face, the patient's ability to speak is reduced. It may also be that the patient can not even tell about his pain and needs. You should also be patient during conversation or during a trial, especially when you are in a hurry. During this, you should speak slowly with the patient and try to listen carefully to his words. Once you start using this method then it will be easy for you. Try to talk to the patient on every occasion, if possible, try to include the patient in every talk of the house.
